Healthy schools Programme

This programme is a joint funded programme by the Football Foundation that offers young people the opportunity to learn about healthy living and also enjoy football coaching from an Oxford United Coach. A classroom based session involving a short discussion of nutrition, exercise, fitness and drug awareness is followed by structured coaching / small sided football sessions.The aim of this programme is to educate the children on nutrition and exercise for sport and to teach skills and techniques of the game in a safe and friendly environment.
